Alex Food Court is a very important component of Mengly J. Quach Education to offer food and beverage service and it was opened in January 23, 2005, in purpose to offer the best taste and service of food and beverage to students, guardians, and staff of Mengly J. Quach Education.

Food and beverages supplied in Alex food court affect to eating habits of our students and staff. This means that our food court plays a significant role in promoting and developing healthy eating regimen that allows students to eat a healthy diet which contributes nutritiously to their health. Basically, food and beverage are designed to support the growth process of children. Therefore, we believe that eating nutritious food definitely helps balance our physical bodies. Furthermore, our purpose is to make healthy food choices by offering a variety of nutritious and delicious foods. In addition to the food and beverages that we have prepared, we have taken into account the waste of food to help alleviate environmental problems.

Especially, all foods and beverages that are very salty, very sweet and high amount in fat, we do not prepare for students. As for all kinds of energy drinks, we do not sell them at all. Of course, we only offer foods that are high in protein, such as meat, fish, eggs and beans. We sell these protein foods to students every day.
