It also describes the diversity of ideas for sustainable business management. The main idea of this book is to describe key strategies and motivations for people to reaching their goals, either in career, job, family, study, or community. It covers ideas and practices which Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach has gone through from the past up to now. Those ideas and practices are purely based on his personal life experiences. He truly believes that this book will help promote the braveness, strength, goodwill, conscience, persistence, and confidence of our Cambodian young generations, particularly in the field of business. The publication of this book is not for business purposes; however, it represents the culture of sharing through budget donation, earned from society, back to society.
