Business Development and Analytics Department

The Business Development and Analytics Department (BDA) plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and ensuring the operational excellence of all business units under Mengly J. Quach Education. BDA works closely with Heads of Departments, Head Principals, and Campus Directors to translate strategic goals into actionable operational plans and to ensure their successful implementation. In addition to performance monitoring and strategic advisory services, the department is instrumental in identifying and evaluating new business opportunities that support the company’s continued growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development and Analytics Unit:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design comprehensive annual operational plans aligned with MJQE’s mission and growth objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance using customized tracking tools and performance dashboards
  • Provide strategic advisory support to business units to enable data-driven decision-making and ensure long-term sustainability
  • Develop robust business strategies for scaling and optimizing operations across various units within the group
  • Assess the performance of existing operations and recommend actionable improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability
  • Conduct assessments of existing campuses to provide strategic improvement recommendations
  • Develop pricing strategies for products and services
  • Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, including feasibility studies, financial modeling, and return on investment evaluations for new projects or campus expansions
  • Develop business plans and strategic proposals for potential investments
  • Deliver innovative, cost-effective financial recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and overall financial performance
