Human Resources Department was established in 2024. To sustain the company's business success, the department aims to be a strategic business partner for success through maximizing organizational human resources productivity, behavior, and a favorable working culture that every employee enjoys his/her career journey with the company.
Aligned with the strategic direction and high-level expectations of the company, we have committed to be an agile HR in line with the demands and expansion of the company. As per management’s commitment on wider expansion to provinces and launching some new business for the past six months, there were high demands in manpower requirement from different businesses and divisions, organizational restructures needed to be made several times within this period requiring a scale up in recruitment and removal of non-performing staff which these have led significant efforts in Human Resources to overcome these challenges six months.
To ensure human resources department is able to meet this vision, we set out the missions to complete as below:
- Ensure HR operation efficiency on HR Functions through clear procedures.
- Establish a strong system to manage performance to ensure productivities are maximized.
- Create policy and discipline to get a required standard set.
- Maximize labor cost effectiveness.
- Create a corporate culture for success and favorable working environment.
- Identify the right human resource to run the business functions that lead to success.
- Identify tools to assess employees' behavior and potential to perform job functions that lead to the business success.
- Create sustainability within the Company so that the business can run by itself with minor operational management.
- Integrate IT system to help facilitate all of the above-mentioned functions.
Human Resources Department
There are four (4) units in Human Resources Department such as talent acquisition, compensations & benefits and labor compliance, training and development, talent management and HR business partner.
Talent Acquisition
This unit performs as an active recruiter to recruit the talents to perform the business operations of the company. We need to identify and acquire skilled employees to meet the needs of the company. The talent acquisition team is responsible for identifying, acquiring, assessing and hiring candidates to fill vacant positions within a company.
Compensation & Benefit and Labour Compliance
To develop and improve staff compensations, this unit is to ensure that the salary and benefits of employees are managed with a high degree of transparency, confidentiality and ensure proper and timely delivery to the employees. We are also responsible for developing and improving staff compensations and benefit strategies and policies including the study and update of salary range for each role and other benefits in accordance with the labor law to meet the standard salary and benefits in the market.
Training & Development
Training and Development Unit is established to improve staff capacity, skills set, career growth, retention and overall performance within the organization through training and development programs, succession planning all departments. T&D unit plays an important role in securing and creating talent pools, highly qualified through skills training and extra capacity.
Talent Management and HR Business Partner (HRBP)
To maximize human resource productivity through a strong performance management system and promote a positive company culture for success, this unit aligns with human resources and is supported by the company's business plans, objectives, and culture. Employee issues are addressed by working closely with each business division and department in a professional manner. The goal is to provide a comprehensive and integrated performance management function across the organization, ensuring that design, delivery, advice, and services are aligned with business plans to support a program of continuous organizational performance improvement.
